Bid Guarantee
The guarantee issued for participation in the foreign Tender, where KazakhExport undertakes to make a payment to the Creditor within the Guarantee amount if the Debtor fails to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the tender documentation.
The Exporter has the opportunity to participate in tenders (bidding, auctions) organized by foreign buyers for the conclusion of export contracts for the purchase of goods, performance of works, or provision of services.

The exporter decides to participate in the international tender/competition

The exporter submits an application for obtaining a guarantee from KazakhExport

KazakhExport conducts a review of the exporter's documents and approves the deal

The exporter signs the guarantee documentation with KazakhExport.

The exporter submits documents for the international tender/competition (if the exporter wins the international tender/competition, they sign the export contract)
