In accordance with Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 442, and the Message of the Head of the State to the people of Kazakhstan for 2004, the State Insurance Company for insurance of export credits and investments, and since September 2010 the «KazExportGarant» Export Credit Insurance Corporation» JSC was established as one of the new development institutions in order to facilitate the implementation of the Industrial and Innovative Development Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at moving away from the raw material orientation of the country and the development of export-oriented industries in the processing sector of the economy.
