Agreements on financing the supply of Kazakhstani goods to Uzbekistan signed in Tashkent
During the two-day visit of representatives of “KazakhExport” EIC” JSC to the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of working meetings of the KazakhExport management with the business community and representatives of the country's leading banks took place.
During the visit, an agreement was signed between KazakhExport and JSICB“IpakYuli Bank” to finance the supplies of products of domestic ferrous metallurgy enterprises and flour to Uzbekistan, an agreement with JSCB "Asia Alliance Bank" on the implementation of a project for the export of meat cluster products located in the Aktobe regionto Uzbekistan.
- The market of Uzbekistan is one of the priority ones for Kazakhstani enterprises. During our cooperation with the banks of the republic, a number of joint large projects have been implemented, aimed at improving the efficiency of various sectors of the economy of the two countries, - said Ruslan Iskakov, Chairman of the Board of “KazakhExport” EIC” JSC.
In general, in 2020 alone, the volume of accepted insurance obligations of KazakhExportto support export contracts of domestic manufacturing enterprises to Uzbekistan amounted to almost 26.9 billion tenge, the amount of supported export contracts reached 87.3 billion tenge.
Supported enterprises include exporters of construction services, manufacturers of cars, confectionery products, flour, fat and oilproducts, cable and polymer products, mineral plates, pasta, reinforcing bars.
