KazakhExport is among the participants of the Global Trade Facilitation Summit and the largest networking conference MENA 2023 (UAE)
The city of Dubai (UAE) hosted significant industry events - the networking conference of leaders in export and project finance MENA 2023 and Global Trade Facilitation Summit 2023.
The events were attended by over 900 delegates - representatives of international export credit agencies, financial and insurance organizations of the world, leading trade finance specialists, traders, importers and exporters. KazakhExport representatives Arman Bekbasov and Zulfiya Muratova were among the participants.
MENA 2023 addressed the importance of interaction and cooperation of export credit agencies (ECA) and financial development institutions, as well as support for national producers and strengthening the export potential of countries.
Meetings were held with the management of Etihad Credit Insurance, the UAE's national credit insurer, to discuss opportunities for cooperation on project financing and reinsurance. There was also a meeting with the shareholders of TXF, a leading dialogue platform for global ECA and financial institutions.
In turn, meetings with banks of Armenia, Central Asia, the EBRD, the UAE Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICC UAE) and the Abu Dhabi Export Office (ADEX) were held on the margins of the Global Trade Facilitation Summit.
