Public Council of EIC KazakhExport JSC Held Its Regular Meeting
A regular meeting of members of the Public Council of EIC KazakhExport JSC took place on October 15, 2021 in Nur-Sultan City, the event was held off-line.
The meeting has covered a number of outstanding issues, including approval of Regulation on Public Council and Re-Election of Chairman of Public Council of EIC KazakhExport JSC.
Based on results of the open meeting it has been decided to elect Batyrbek Aubakirov as Chairman of Public Council of EIC KazakhExport JSC. Batyrbek Aubakirov is a Chairman of Management Board of Association of Legal Entities Association of Packers of Kazakhstan, for a period of eight years he has held different positions with Association of Legal Entities Association of Packers of Kazakhstan, Atameken Union. He has extensive work experience in protection and promotion of legal interests of Kazakhstan’s business community.
During the event, members of the Public Council were presented with outcomes of current implementation of 2014-2023 Development Strategy of EIC KazakhExport JSC, key points of such draft laws as Operating and Export Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan Related to Support of Measures for Development and Promotion of Export of Locally Processed Goods (Works, Services) to Foreign Markets.
We would like to point out that the Public Council has been established within conduct of the Road Map for implementation of Election Program of Nur Otan Party ‘Path of Changes: Decent Life for Everyone!’
Composition of the Public Council of EIC KazakhExport JSC was approved on June 10, 2021. It includes 12 members, 9 of which are representatives of the civil society and have significant experience in financial, economic, legal, legislative areas.
