KazakhExport and SACE sign memorandum of cooperation for non-resource exports

KazakhExport Export Insurance Company and the Italian Export Credit Agency SACE have signed a memorandum to enhance mutual cooperation and support for export trade.

The memorandum was signed during the official visit of Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Italy. Representing KazakhExport, the Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, Nurlan Baibazarov, and for SACE, the General Director Alessandra Ricci, signed the document.

This agreement aims to foster trade and economic collaboration between Italy and Kazakhstan, promote investment by assisting Italian companies interested in Central Asian business opportunities, and facilitate the entry of Kazakhstani companies into the Italian market.

Furthermore, the memorandum outlines plans for knowledge and experience sharing between the two agencies, including expertise in promoting non-resource exports, trade insurance, and risk management. It sets the stage for collaboration on innovative strategies to enhance exporter support.

KazakhExport is currently exploring opportunities to enhance cooperation with SACE, particularly in projects involving Italian investment, technology, and equipment for export-oriented ventures in Kazakhstan.
