KASE sums up results of the annual report competition
On February 17, 2023, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (hereinafter – the Exchange, KASE) held an award ceremony for organizations based on the results of the annual reports competition. The Exchange held this for the purposes of developing the practice of preparing non-financial reporting in Kazakhstan. During the competition, the annual reports and reports on sustainable development for 2021 were evaluated by legal entities – residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan that applied for participation in the competition. The Exchange has developed a procedure for evaluating annual reports, taking into account the evaluation of various characteristics of the reports of the competition participants. A total of 150 criteria were evaluated. A total of 23 applications were submitted for participation in the competition from organizations in the financial and non-financial sectors. Within the framework of the competition, the main and additional nominations were established.
In the nomination "Best Annual Report of a Non-Public Company for 2021" diplomas were awarded to Export Insurance Company "KazakhExport" JSC.
