Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company subject to clause 10 of the Model Regulation on Public Council as approved by Order the Minister of Information and Social  Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan N 69 dated 26.02.2021 (hereinafter the ‘Model Regulation’), announces:

- a competition for selection of members to a working group on formation of the Public Council at Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company;

- selection to form a list of observers.

I. Quantitative composition of the working group on formation of the Public Council will make 6 persons, including 2 persons as representatives of Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company.

Citizens, representatives of commercial organizations (hereinafter ‘candidates to members of the working group’) willing to participate in the competition within five calendar days after this announcement is placed, shall be entitled to send the following documents by courier to: Nur-Sultan City, Yessil Ditrict, Mangilik Yel avenue, building 55A, telephone: 95-56-56, +7701 555 4408  or to email address: info@kazakhexport.kz: 

1. application of a citizen, non-profit organization for nomination to the working group on formation of the Public Council at Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company which is to be filed in form according to annex 1 hereto;
2. information about professional and/or public activities of a nominee;
3. copy of an identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, copy of constituent documents of a non-profit organization, identity card, resolution/ minutes of participants of a non-profit organization confirming a position of the representative.

Requirements to nominees to members of the working group on formation of the Public Council at Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company:

1. Nominee to members of the working group on formation of the Public Council at Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company can be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged who reached the age of eighteen years;
2. Nominee to members of the Working Group must not:

1) have a record which is outstanding or not expunged in manner provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in due process of law, be found by a court guilty of committing a corruption crime and/or corruption offence;

3) be registered in organizations providing medical assistance in mental health, due to mental, behavior disorders (diseases), including those connected with the use of с psychoactive substances.

II. Person willing to be an observer, shall send the following documents to an email of Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company info@kazakhexport.kz:

1. application to participate as an observer in the competition for selection of members to the working group on formation of the Public Council shall be filed in form according to annex 2 hereto;
2. information about professional and/or community activities of a nominee;
3. copy of an identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Requirements to nominees to an observer for the competition for selection of members to the working group on formation of the Public Council at Export Insurance Company KazakhExport Joint Stock Company (hereinafter ‘Nominee Observer’):

1. Nominee Observer must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who reached the age of eighteen years;
2. Nominee Observer must not:

1) have a record which is outstanding or not expunged in manner provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in due process of law, be found by a court guilty of committing a corruption crime and/or corruption offence;

Nominee Observer can be a representative of non-governmental organizations, mass media, public authorities, international organizations.
