President Offered to Subsidize Export Credits
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev speaking at a meeting of foreign investors offered to launch subsidies for export credits, reports a zakon.kz. correspondnt.
‘Kazakhstan still does not use an instrument of subsidies for export credits broadly employed worldwide. In the near future, it should be added to a range of instruments of export support. It is necessary to provide for a correct regulatory regime for a single operator of financial support to export – KazakhExport,’ Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev.
He indicated that exporters must receive money promptly and without bureaucratic foot-dragging but they must spend it sensibly and with relevant reports.
Earlier the President instructed to expand geography of export goods.
