ECA hosted a seminar to explain the provisions of the new Constitution

A training seminar for employees on the key provisions of the country's new Constitution, adopted through the national referendum on March 15, 2026, was held at the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC).

The primary objective of the event was to enhance the legal literacy of the Agency’s employees and to foster a unified understanding of the constitutional amendments and their practical application in everyday professional activities.

The seminar was delivered by Jamaladen Ibragimov, Doctor of Law and Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. During his presentation, he provided a comprehensive overview of the Constitution’s key innovations, their significance for the development of Kazakhstan’s legal system, and the role of state and quasi-public institutions in ensuring their effective implementation.

"Holding such seminars is an integral part of our systematic efforts to strengthen the legal culture and awareness of our employees. A thorough understanding of the country's fundamental laws directly contributes to the transparency and efficiency of our work," representatives of the Agency noted.

Similar informational events dedicated to explaining the constitutional reforms are currently being held across all subsidiary organizations of the Baiterek Holding.
