The Export credit agency of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding) has launched the digital platform “Exporters Showcase” (https://export.bgov.kz/). The new platform has been developed as a specialized tool designed to promote domestic products in global markets and is primarily aimed at international buyers. The platform functions as an expanded catalog of “Made in Kazakhstan” products, with a strong focus on specific goods, their specifications, and consumer characteristics.
According to representatives of the Export Credit Agency, the key feature of the “Exporters Showcase” platform is its export-oriented design. All products on the platform are structured across five main industries: light, food, and chemical industries; agricultural products; metallurgy; mechanical engineering; and the construction industry.
The platform’s search system allows potential buyers to easily find products using keywords. When a specific query is entered, the system displays all available offers within that category from various Kazakhstani manufacturers. Each product page contains a detailed description and key technical specifications, while users can instantly navigate from a product page to the profile of the respective manufacturer.
“Only verified manufacturers who have passed our agency’s verification process are represented on this platform. The ‘Verified by ECA’ status serves as a guarantee of reliability, minimizing risks and strengthening trust in interactions between Kazakhstani exporters and international buyers,” noted Madina Erzhanova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan.
The “Exporters Showcase” project is intended to become a digital bridge between Kazakhstani businesses and international markets, simplifying the process of finding suppliers and increasing global recognition of domestic brands. The initiative is implemented as part of the strategy of the Baiterek Holding to support non-commodity exports and promote the digitalization of foreign economic activity.
