Kazakh Manufacturers Showcase Export Potential at the International Exhibition UzBuild-2026

The international exhibition "Construction — UzBuild-2026" has concluded in Tashkent, serving as a key platform for demonstrating advanced technologies and strengthening trade and economic ties in the Central Asian region.

This year, the exhibition brought together more than 400 leading companies from 20 countries, including renowned technological leaders from China, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Turkey. Special emphasis in the BuildTech section was placed on the digitalization of construction processes and the implementation of energy-efficient materials.

Kazakhstan was represented by a group of high-tech exporting enterprises focused on the Uzbek market. Participants included the flagship domestic industry leaders: PolimerMetall LLP, MIT Machine International Trade (Sitech.kz), Stark Alpha LLP, and Elkon, a concrete equipment manufacturer.

Kazakh businesses' participation in such a large-scale event is aimed at implementing the country’s export strategy and increasing the share of high- and medium-value-added products in the structure of bilateral trade.

As part of the business program, the regional director of JSC "Kazakhstan Export Credit Agency" in Uzbekistan, Alisher Khakimov, held a series of targeted negotiations with key players in the construction and industrial sectors.

Specifically, mechanisms for insuring export contracts and loans, payment deferral insurance, coverage of commercial and political risks, as well as trade and pre-export financing tools, were presented. Particular attention was given to the opportunities for structuring export deals with financial support for foreign buyers of Kazakh products.

The Kazakhstan Export Credit Agency continues to form a sustainable system of support for national exports, combining insurance, financing, and structuring tools for foreign trade deals. The consistent expansion of Kazakhstan's presence in Uzbekistan and Central Asia contributes to the strengthening of regional economic integration, the expansion of cooperative ties, and the increase of Kazakh products with high added value in international trade.
