Entrepreneurs of Kostanay Region Were Introduced to ECA’s New Product
As part of a working visit to Kostanay Region, Temirkhan Tishbayev, Regional Manager of the Department of Insurance and Guarantees at Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan JSC, held a seminar for the local business community focused on government support measures.
The meetings were organized with the support of the Akimat of Kostanay Region. They were attended by heads of enterprises from the agro-industrial complex, mechanical engineering, as well as light and food industries.
During the seminar, Temirkhan Tishbayev introduced local business representatives to the support tools offered by the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan, including a new product – export operations guarantee. In addition, entrepreneurs were presented with the Agency’s newly developed online platform, the "Exporter’s Personal Account", designed to enhance the convenience of client interaction. This platform fully digitizes all business processes – from application submission to contract signing. This approach significantly accelerates application processing, improves efficiency, and minimizes the time investment required from entrepreneurs.
In turn, entrepreneurs shared their proposals and raised pressing issues they encounter in the process of fulfilling export deliveries.
Mr. Tishbayev noted that Kostanay Region has held a leading position for many years in ECA’s portfolio of insurance and guarantee obligations, and the growth potential remains high. In this regard, the Agency will continue to actively support the development of entrepreneurship in the region, providing companies with access to new markets and opportunities.
At the end of his visit, Mr. Tishbayev toured local production facilities to assess their needs and identify potential growth areas for export deliveries.
It should be noted that any Kazakhstani enterprise engaged in the non-resource production of goods, works, or services can take advantage of the services offered by the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan. For the convenience of entrepreneurs, each region of the country is assigned a regional manager from the Agency, who can be contacted for consultations on the Agency’s insurance support mechanisms.
