Export Credit Agency partners rally to support Kazakhstanis amidst devastating floods

Domestic producers, backed by the Export Credit Agency, have shown remarkable social responsibility by pooling their resources to aid those affected by the floods.

Allur, Agromash:

  • Deployed 250 experienced specialists to disaster areas for constructing dams and safeguarding citizens' property.
  • Utilized 11 buses, 15 dump trucks, and 3 front loaders in flood relief operations.
  • Offered temporary shelter for victims in the company dormitory, while evacuees' animals found refuge in a specially prepared facility.
  • Collaborated with QazTehna to contribute 500 million tenge to the Demeu Kazakhstan fund.

KazAzot:

  • Sent 119 food packages, warm clothing, and 4,000 bags for constructing dams to the affected regions.
  • Dispatched 2 wagons loaded with humanitarian supplies (tools, food, clothing, bags) to Uralsk.
  • Deployed 30 company personnel to provide on-ground assistance in the city.
  • Extended a total aid package worth 46 million tenge.

Alina Group:

  • Coordinated humanitarian aid across cities.
  • Supplied sand and materials to support rescuers in Atyrau.
  • Provided a warehouse in Uralsk for temporary storage.
  • Planned distribution of bags to fortify dams in Kostanay, Uralsk, and Atyrau.
  • Scheduled dispatch of emergency kits (tents, food, beds, generators) to Aktobe.

LOTTE Rakhat:

  • Delivered 50 tons of food products valued at 60 million tenge.

Bayan Sulu:

  • Contributed 50 million tenge to the Meyirimdilik.Kst fund.
  • Offered transportation for evacuation.
  • Engaged factory employees in volunteer efforts.

Shin-Line LLP:

  • Donated food to a humanitarian aid collection point under the "Zhurekten Zhurekke" campaign.
  • Contributed 20 million tenge to the "Kazakhstan Khalkyna" fund.

Sergek Group:

  • Installed additional cameras to monitor the Ural River's mouth.
  • Currently, 841 cameras are operational in Zhylyoi district, 755 of which provide real-time video surveillance.
