Largest Export Credit Agencies Gather in Baku
An international conference on trade finance and correspondent relations took place in Azerbaijan. The event brought together global leaders among export credit agencies (ECAs) for the "ECAs Panel Discussion" with participants including SACE (Italy), OeKB (Austria), SINOSURE (China), Hermes (Germany), and others. Among the attendees was the national export credit agency KazakhExport from Kazakhstan.
During the panel discussion, the activities of ECAs in crisis situations, the advantages of structuring international transactions involving ECAs, joint support for export development, and other issues related to supporting the growth of the manufacturing industry's exports were discussed.
Representatives from KazakhExport shared the company's main approaches, successful case studies, market changes in insurance, and more with the meeting participants.
At the conclusion of the conference, agreements were reached on further mutual cooperation and information exchange to develop the non-commodity export insurance market.
