Financial and insurance opportunities of the "KazakhExport" national company presented in Bishkek
The KazakhExport National Export Insurance Company presented financial and insurance support instruments at the site of the Trade and Economic Mission of Kazakhstan (TEM) in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR).
It should be noted that the QazTrade JSC jointly with the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK) organized the TEM. The Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of the QazTrade JSC, the KazakhExport EIC JSC and Kazakh producers of the non-resource segment attended the event.
As part of the event, Kuanysh Mukazhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the KazakhExport, presented support tools that Kazakh Exporters and Foreign Importers can use. He noted that projects to support Kazakh Exporters of non-commodity products and services from Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic are being implemented on an ongoing basis. So, for example, within the framework of deferred payment insurance under an export contract, domestic manufacturers of confectionery, oil and fat, flour and tea products, light industry (carpet products) and many others received support.
“We intend to continue working within the framework of the agreements reached during meetings with the National Holding Company Heritage of the Great Nomads OJSC, the National Investment Promotion Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will allow Kazakh exporters of goods, works and services to take part in infrastructure projects using the KazakhExport support tools. Negotiations are also underway on the supply of Kazakh products of rolled metal products, services, helicopters and other groups of goods,” K. Mukazhanov said.
During the event, bilateral meetings and negotiations in G2G, B2G and B2B formats were also held to discuss the prospects and practical aspects of further mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of common projects and initiatives.
Recall that the Office of the Foreign Representative of the KazakhExport in the Kyrgyz Republic was established in Bishkek in 2019. Alymbek Orozbekov is a Head of the Office. As part of his activities, A. Orozbekov contributes to establishing direct contacts between entrepreneurs, intensifying trade relations between Kazakh enterprises and potential buyers in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as minimizing the risks of bilateral transactions.
