The change in composition of the board of Directors of EIC Kazakhexport JSC
Export Insurance Company KazakhExport JSC (hereinafter – EIC KazakhExport JSC, the Company) informs about change in composition of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC.
By Decision of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC dated November 13, 2019 (Minutes No. 9) Bakhyt Turlykhanovich Sultanov was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC to serve until expiration of term of office of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC as a whole.
The Sole Shareholder of the Company (Minutes No. 53/19 of the Management Board of National Management Holding "Baiterek" Joint Stock Company dated November 6, 2019) has decided as follows:
1. The number of members of Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC shall be 9 (nine).
2. To elect Azamat Askaruly as a member of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC to serve until expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of EIC KazakhExport JSC as a whole.
