The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan presented its support instruments at the “Central Asia – India” Business Council
Today, the “Central Asia – India” Business Council took place in New Delhi.
The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan participated in the forum. The event brought together representatives from the governments, businesses, and financial institutions of India and Central Asian countries. The Kazakh delegation was led by Murat Nurtleu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In his speech, Mr. Nurtleu highlighted new areas for potential cooperation with India and initiated a dialogue with Indian companies to enhance investment activity in Kazakhstan.
Simultaneously, during the industrial session, Kazakhstan showcased its investment and economic opportunities. The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan presented the forum participants with tools to support foreign economic activities, including export and trade financing, insurance of contractual obligations, and provision of guarantees.
The agency expressed its readiness to expand cooperation with Indian companies and financial institutions to implement joint projects and strengthen economic ties between the regions.
In conclusion, the Kazakh side proposed to hold the next session of the council in Kazakhstan, expressing confidence that the meetings held will pave the way for concrete business results.
It is worth noting that the Business Council was organized by the Ministry of External Affairs of India and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
