Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan seeks reliable partners to support exports
Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan recently participated in the 54th annual Reinsurance Meeting, traditionally held in Baden-Baden.
Over 3,000 reinsurers, underwriters, and brokers gathered at the event to discuss upcoming contracts and renewals for the coming year.
During the congress, Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan established partnerships in credit risk reinsurance and loan guarantees. Meetings were held with leading global industry players specializing in export risks, including Swiss Re, Hannover Re, SCOR, and Liberty Mutual.
Potential partners expressed interest in collaboration, with agreements made to continue discussions on specific transactions.
"We aim to provide reliable insurance coverage for Kazakhstani exporters, enabling them to confidently enter international markets. We offer comprehensive insurance coverage that includes commercial, political, and non-payment risks, among others. This helps our clients minimize financial losses in case of unforeseen events and focus on business growth," stated Azamat Zhumabekov, Director of the Reinsurance Department at Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan.
Currently, the agency’s portfolio stands at 514.1 billion tenge, with plans to reinsure a quarter of this amount to broaden support for Kazakhstani exporters.
