Businessmen of Almaty were presented with ways of entering foreign markets
On February 22, with the support of akimats of Almaty and the Almaty region, a meeting of entrepreneurs took place with representatives of “KazakhExport” Export Insurance Company JSC (hereinafter – “KazakhExport” Export Insurance Company JSC) and of National Export Agency KAZNEX INVEST.
Entrepreneurs were presented with state support measures implemented by the subsidiary organization of the Baiterek holding of “KazakhExport” EIC JSC, among which: pre-export financing, export trade financing, exporter's credit insurance, leasing insurance and bank guarantee insurance.
Whereas, the representatives of the Kazakhstan Trading House in Shanghai and the trading b2b Zoodel online platform who were present at the meeting told the Almaty businessmen how to bring the Kazakhstan products to the markets of China and Iran while using their capabilities: to optimize the logistics network, to find a suitable partner for the transaction, how to certify products so that they can enter the Chinese market, to establish direct and with no intermediaries connections with potential partners.
In 2016, 32 domestic producers using the tools of “KazakhExport” Export Insurance Company JSC received state support for a total amount of KZT19.5 billion tenge when entering the markets of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Georgia and Germany having carried out 1,193 export shipments.
In 2016 the “KazakhExport” Export Insurance Company JSC obtained licenses for insurance of loans and civil liabilities of exporters. Nowadays, the export-oriented enterprises have access to such support tools as loan insurance and advance payment insurance.
