KazakhExport has supported the exportation of nitrogen fertilizers and liquid ammonia abroad
The only production of ammonia, weak nitric acid and ammonium nitrate in Kazakhstan is represented by KazAzot JSC. At present, the Company supplies ammonium nitrate to Russia, the Ukraine, Byelorussia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
In 2016, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan opened a credit line in the amount of KZT 6 bln. for KazAzot’s export deliveries under the KazakhExport’s insurance coverage for a full amount and the entire loan term.
According to Kinis Urakov, the General Director of KazAzot JSC, the Company intends to increase the geography of exports. “We expect that KazakhExport will implement new tasks for search of effective solutions to support the export potential of commodity producers of the chemical industry in Kazakhstan”, - he said.
