The event was held on May 31, 2013, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belarus.
The organizer of the Forum on the part of Kazakhstan was the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Atameken Union. The Forum was attended by heads of the governments of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. About 600 business representatives from the countries-members of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space, including leading companies and transnational companys, heads of the enterprises.
The Forum was also attended by representatives of major Russian and Kazakh companies. In particular, senior management of Sberbank of Russia, VTB Bank, BelEximGarant, JSC AZTM (Almaty Heavy Engineering Plant), InterAvtoTrans LLP, and the representative of «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock companywere invited. The purpose of the Forum is to strengthen cooperation in the CES, discussion of problematic issues in the sphere of business operations in the Customs Union.
