The delegation of the heads of banks of the Republic of Belarus and representatives of the Association of Belarusian banks were on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On October 3, in Almaty the heads of banks of the Republic of Belarus held a meeting with “KazakhExport”, as well as with the management of JSC BTA Bank and representatives of the leasing company SK Leasing. During the meeting the trends and prospects for the development of financing of export-import operations between two republics were discussed, as well as the exchange of experience in the international capital markets and the formation of the internal control and corporate governance systems.
In view of active development of trade relations between Kazakhstan and Belarus in the framework of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space, “KazakhExport” and a number of Belarusian banks agreed to enhance cooperation in the area of financing of trade operations.
