Changes in «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock company’s Board of Directors
By Resolution No 22/15 of July 10, 2015 of the Managing Board of Baiterek National Management Holding, Ms. Gulbanu Tazhibaevna Pazylkhairova, member the Board of Directors and Chair of the Board of Directors of Export insurance company “KazakhExport” was removed from office.
According to the Resolution, Mr. Serzhan Nurakhanovich Madiev was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the subsidiaries of Baiterek National Management Holding.
Also, members of the Governing Body of Export insurance company “KazakhExport” were recommended to elect Mr. S. Madiev as Chair of the Board of Directors.
