«KAZAKHEXPORT» EXPORT INSURANCE COMPANY JSC and Export Credit Agency of Iran signed an agreement for export development and investments
on December 9, 2015, in the Sultanate of Oman - Masqat, the JSC "KazakhExport", the subsidiary of the National Management Holding "Baiterek" represented by Chairman of the Executive Board of «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock companyMr. Sadykov E.T. and Director General Seyed Kamal Seyed Ali on behalf of Iranian State Export Credit Agency (EGFI) signed a memorandum of cooperation with intent to increase foreign trade turnover between the two countries by identifying and using opportunities for export development and investments.
The signing ceremony took place at the annual meeting of the Aman Union - Association of the largest export credit agencies of Islamic States and the Arab world, including Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Company (DHAMAN), The Islamic Company for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC is a subsidiary of the Islamic Development Bank), Turk Eximbank, as well as Export Credit Agencies of Algeria, Egypt, Qatar, Malaysia, etc.
The agreement is aimed at further development of economic cooperation and trade facilitation, including reinsurance, exchange of experience and information.
