In October 28, 2016 in the Kentau city on the basis of Kentau transformer factory hosted a scientific-technical conference Industrial Synergy 2016. The event was presented for the first time produced in Kazakhstan transformer with capacity of 80 megawatts.
The conference was devoted to the development of high-tech industries and innovation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by about 200 delegates from Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. During the plenary session, which was held in the Palace of Culture of Kentau, the sides discussed prospects of development of high-tech industries of the country, issues of state support for the sector and scientific developments. The speakers at the meeting were Deputy Chairman of the NCE “Atameken” Murat Abenov, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Legal Entities “Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan” Timurlan Altayev, vice president of Science Foundation Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baurzhan Dzhumagaliev, President of JSC “Almaty fan factory” Marat Bakkula and Director of the Department of Insurance JSC “KazakhExport” Kuanysh Makazhanov.
For conference participants and representatives of the mass media excursion was organized in Kentau Polytechnic College, engaged in the training of young specialists in the dual system of training.
In addition, in the framework of the event had its place a master class of leading trainer-consultant of company “Kaizen Arsenal” and “Arsenal Success” (Russia) Anatloy Feskov.
As an advanced enterprise not only SKR, but also the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kentau Transformer Plant in Kazakhstan for the first time made a transformer capacity of 80 megawatts. The result of this productive work can be called a historical event by right, not only factory’s, but also all over the republic, as developed in Kentau transformers produced power up to 63 MW.
Due to the high qualifications and of mastery of organizational skills of top managers, collective of Kentau transformer factory in the past year has reached high levels. The planned production capacity was exceeded, the profit amounted to 11 billion.
If the second half of 2015 the export share increased up to 33%, then this year the figure reached 40%. At factory, which is planned to increase the share of exports to 50%, stable work in 3 shifts 1200 inhabitants of Kentau.
