Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of «KazakhExport»
By the resolution of JSC National Management Holding “Baiterek” No.8-B as of June 25, 2013, the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors of «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock company:
- Aybatyr Nyshanbayevich Zhumagulov, representative of the shareholder’s interests;
- Kanysh Amanbayevich Tuleushin, representative the shareholder’s interests;
- Dosym Kobeyuly Yenkebayev, representative of the shareholder’s interests;
- Mars Baktiyarovich Aldashov, independent director;
- Yerbol Shyrakpayevich Karashukeyev, Independent Director.
The powers of the following members of the Board of Directors were early terminated by the same resolution:
- Beybut Bakirovich Atamkulov;
- Saule Sovetovna Kazybayeva;
- Kanysh Temirtayevich Izbastin;
- Ardak Beysenbayevich Shakirkhanov;
- Tatyana Viktorovna Zhdanova.
