KazEsportGarant Provides Financial Aid to Orphans and Children without Parental Custody
On the occasion of the International Day for Protection of Children, «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock companyteam participated in transferring the special-purpose financial aid collected by the company’s employees to the SOS Children’s Village Almaty.
Also, upon the initiative of «KazakhExport» Export insurance company» joint-stock company, Kazakhstan national basketball team performed for the young audience. Best players of the national team demonstrated to the children elements of the modern basketball such as teamwork, disciplined and well-organized play, strong ball control and key passes. The sportsmen also shared with children stories of their own personal success in professional sports.
SOS Children’s Village Almaty is a childcare institution providing support to orphans and children without parental custody. The Children’s Village has about 68 foster-children living in 11 family homes. Every family creates an individual style at their homes, and maintains common environment of the Village through good relationships and care.
